Thereβs something special about shooting a wedding on your home turf, and this one at Orso in Mosman was all kinds of cool. The couple? Total knockouts, but also the kind of people who feel like instant mates. Effortlessly cool, ridiculously in love, and just so easy to be around.
The day kicked off with a Greek Orthodox ceremony that was rich in tradition and full of heart. The rituals, the atmosphere, it was beautiful in that grounded, meaningful kind of way.
Afterwards, we headed into the city for a relaxed portrait session at Martin Place. The bride had a killer eye for style and loved that classic sandstone vibe. It gave us this perfect mix of elegance and simplicity, without ever feeling too posed or precious.
Weddings like this are the reason I still get excited to pick up a camera. Itβs not just about taking pretty photos. Itβs about capturing people as they really are, in moments that actually matter. And thatβs the good stuff.
